This is me

First: people, would you like to comment on my posts from now on, maybe you can propose a certain subject. And if you also have a blog leave your link. Stop being quiet viewers.

I noticed that some more people are visiting this page lately, so I decided to make a post to introduce myself to them.
I'm Tess a not always very normal teenager (I'm 15). I love blogging and I'm hoping to be a writer someday. I'm extremely shy, and insane (it's weird, but it's the truth), but don't worry I can also be serious. I love sarcasm, it's just my thing, and so is cooking. Man I love cooking, I've already gotten many compliments for my cooking talents, oh and baking, I love baking too. In case you don't know the difference between cooking and baking: cooking is about meals, baking is coockies, cakes, cupcakes an that kinda stuff. If I make cupcakes (I usually have like 40 cupcakes) they're all eaten in 2 days. My family is addicted. Introducing yourself is pretty hard.
I have a boyfriend, and we're together since September 2011 so that over a year and a half. And We're still crazy about each other. We're different than other people of our age. I have ADHD and he has the syndrome of asperger (some kind of autism) but it's not like he doesn't say anything at all. He's even more talkative than I am if he feels comfortable around you.

The pros and cons of summer jobs

Would you do a summerjob or not? Here are some pros and cons to help you decide

Pro
  • You make money, so you can save or spend it. This way you also learn to deal with money
  • it looks good on your CV
  • you will probably make friends
  • the days that you don't have to work seem to get more meaning than 2 full months of doing nothing
  • you have to walk around so you can lose weight
  • your parents will find you more responsible and with that you get more responsibility
  • you will actually have something to tell the friends you already have about
  • it will teach you work skills you will need for the rest of your life, like filling in a job application, and how to get along with co-workers and superiors

Con
  • You can't hang out with your friends ever day
  • you can't sleep in every day
  • you will miss some parties or family occasions
way more pro's than cons! So I say get a job and make something out of your life!

Summer Jobs

This year I'm turning 16, so I'm allowed the work for a month during the summer break. Most people in my year are not going to work because they're too lazy, and they don't realize that a summer job might give your potential future boss a good impression so he'll hire you. And you get some money where you can go shopping with or in my case buy a laptop and spend the rest of the money on my trip to london.
I've already filled in lots of job applications and I hope that at least someone will hire me. 'cause I really need the money.
Next monday there's a post coming up about the pros and cons of summer jobs.

Bathrooms at school

Today I'm going to write a small part on public bathrooms. Recently a study showed that more than 50% of the students only use the bathroom at school when they have no other choice. And I belong to that 50%. Why? Because the bathrooms in schools are usually not clean.
I mean in the bathrooms at my school (at least the ones which are not in the hallway) are always filled with spiders, and I think that it gets cleaned like once every month. There are over 500 girls in my school and 4 bathrooms. I usually go in the one in the hallway because those are usually cleaner) Those bathrooms really are pure filth. Sometimes there's even pee on the toilet itself not it on! Or some hair or even blood. How disgusting is that?
And there's the problem of the huge lines at the bathrooms. And I personally think that this is the only valid explanation for that.

Guess Who's going to London!

Yes, you were right I am! And since I'm a blogger so there a probably going to be some pictures for you guys! I'm going with my best friend Anke, and till now we have already planned the 1D-store (not that I even like them, but she loves them and it's to do her a favor. This store will open the 24th of March. The second 1D-store in the world, the first one is in New York City) and madame tussauds. I already asked her to go to Camden town. I heard it's awesome there. Next to this text you see a nice picture of it.
Ever been in London and got some awesome sites that I have to visit? Then leave a comment below.

Ps. Tomorrow I'm going on a school trip to a mental hospital  I think that some students (including me) will have to stay there
